Dr. Kang is a licensed periodontist dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. Born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in Columbus, Ohio, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University. Upon graduation, she received the Dental Student Award for Achievement in Periodontology from the American Academy of Periodontology and the Lewis Claman Award.

Dr. Kang further refined her expertise through a rigorous three-year residency at Ohio State, obtaining a certificate in periodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry. During her residency, she actively engaged in clinical research and presented her findings at various conferences.

Dr. Kang’s love for the city led her to practice in Chicago, where she looks forward to serving the community. She is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and remains engaged with the professional community.

Outside of her profession, Dr. Kang enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Chicago, traveling, golfing, swimming, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
